2024-2025 registration will be held on August 12 (9 am - 7 pm) with a late registration held on August 19th (3 pm - 7 pm).
When you report for registration you will meet with a board member to complete your tuition and enrollment payments portion of registration. The office will have the following forms to be completed (forms found under the "Parents" tab under "Office Handouts"):
- Enrollment contact and student information
- Free & Reduced letter, application, and application instructions - if applicable.
- Diet Modification Form & letter - if applicable.
- Parent Agreement Form (includes):Statement of Basis and Purpose
- Medication Administration
- Technology Permission form (web/social media posting)
- Field Trip Permission
- RVCS Covenant Agreement
- Tuition/Lunch Automatic Withdrawal form - if applicable
New Families - the above forms plus:
- General Information Sheet
- Religious & Philosophic Foundations
The following forms should be received in the office prior to the first day of school: (forms can be found on the Office Handouts tab under Parents)
- Dental Form (kindergarten or new students)
- Kindergarten Physical Form
- Certification of Immunization Form (preschool, kindergarten, 7th graders)
- Athletic Physical Form (7th & 8th graders in extracurricular activities - must be received in the office prior to the sport involved in)
- Concussion Information (7th & 8th graders in extracurricular activities)
