The Winter Festival for 2024 is scheduled for Friday, February 16th.
The Winter Festival is our largest fundraiser each year, and we appreciate your participation! 10% of our yearly budget is raised from your participation in our annual event. Enjoy friends, food, and fun! But really, it's all about our students! Funds raised help to provide for technology, buses, resources, safe facilities, and dedicated, caring staff. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you there!
This year you may choose to join us in the school gym (in-person) or you may join us live online through Zomer Auctioneering. (Instructions below). The live auctions will begin at 6:00 PM on Feb. 16th.
PRE-BIDDING: You may sign in to Zomer Auctioneering to pre-bid on items beginning at 8 AM on Thursday, February 5th. Pre-bidding will run through 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 15th. You will need to register for an online account.
DATES TO REMEMBER:
1. January 20th - Donated items from businesses and individuals are due at school
2. February 5th - Online pre-bidding begins @ www.vanzomrealtyauction.com/web/ 8 am
3. February 15th - Online pre-bidding ends at 12 pm
4. February 15th - Bake sale items may be dropped off at school until 7 pm
5. February 16th - Bake sale and meat bundles will be available in the cafeteria from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
6. February 16th - In-person and live online bidding begins at 6 PM; Concessions available (meal and/or snacks, drinks)
7. February 17th - Item pickup from 10 am - 12 am. Payments are due at pickup.
